Founders Session 01 · Online

Everyone told you to use AI.
Nobody showed you how.

One Sunday afternoon, on Google Meet, with your own business open in front of you. You log off with three systems already running inside it, built by you while I watch your screen. No prompt lists. No theory. Nothing to pay.

Replies · Content · Money, running in one business

  • A customer messaged at 11:52 PM. You read it at 7 AM. They already bought somewhere else.
  • Ten people asked you the same question this week. You typed the same answer ten times.
  • Your page has not been posted on in a month, because you could not think of a caption.
  • Someone asked what you earned last week, and you were not sure.
  • You opened an AI once. The answer was generic. You never went back.

You are not lazy. You are the only one doing all of it.

The part nobody teaches

AI is not your problem. Nobody ever showed you what to point it at.

Almost every AI class online teaches you to write a better prompt. That is useless to somebody running a business, because a prompt dies the moment you close the tab. What you need is something that keeps working on Tuesday when you are busy with a customer in front of you.

What you have been taught

A tip

"Ask AI to write your caption."

You get one caption. Tomorrow you explain your whole business again, from scratch, to get the next one.

It never gets faster. It never gets better. It never runs without you.

What you build on Sunday

A system

One file that already knows your products, your prices, your voice and your customers.

You point it at a photo and get a week of posts in the time it takes to drink a coffee. Next week, same thing, no re-explaining.

It gets faster every time you use it, because it remembers.

Tips do not make money. Systems do.

90
minutes, hands on your own keyboard
3
systems running before you log off
10
customer questions answered in your voice
₱0
to attend, and nothing after

Three systems. You build them. You keep them.

01

Your Reply System

The ten questions customers ask you over and over, answered in your own voice and stored. When a message lands at midnight, the answer is already written.

02

Your Content System

Built from your own photos and your own facts, so it sounds like your shop and not like a stock caption. One week of posts, scheduled before we finish.

03

Your Money System

Your sales for the week, read back to you properly, with a straight answer on what is quietly draining cash and what you should stop buying.

Come if this is you

  • You own the business, or you run it day to day
  • You are the one answering customer messages, often at night
  • You tried AI once, got a generic answer, and dropped it
  • You want more sales, not a certificate
  • You can sit at a laptop for ninety uninterrupted minutes on a Sunday

Skip it if this is you

  • You want to watch with your camera off and your mind elsewhere
  • You are looking for a job, not running a business
  • You only have a phone, or you will be joining from the road
  • You are hoping someone will do it all for you afterward, for free

How Sunday actually runs

Nobody sits through a lecture. Every block ends with something finished and saved on your own machine.

  1. 12:45 PM

Come early if you want setup help

Free Claude account, microphone working, browser sorted, before the clock starts. Nothing is taught in this window, so skip it if you are already set up.

  2. 1:00 PM

    Your Reply System

We start with the ten questions your customers keep asking. By the end of this block your own answers are written and saved, in your voice, ready to paste at midnight.

  3. 1:35 PM

    Your Content System

You bring photos of your real products. You leave this block with a week of captions that sound like your shop, because they were built from your facts and not from a template.

  4. 2:00 PM

Five minute break, then rejoin the same link

Stand up, refill your coffee, then click the same link again. Nothing is lost and nothing changes, the second half just runs in a fresh call.

  5. 2:05 PM

    Your Money System

Whatever record you keep, even a notebook photo, becomes a weekly read of what came in and what is quietly draining out. Straight numbers, no accounting software.

  6. 2:30 PM

    Open questions, camera on

Bring your stuck screen and we look at it together. This is the part that does not work in a recording, which is why the session is live and not a course.

  7. After

    You keep all three files

They live in your own account, not ours. Nothing expires, nothing gets locked, and there is no upsell attached to keeping them.

Before you ask

Is it really free?

Yes. Nothing to pay to join and nothing to pay after it. We build systems for businesses for a living, and a few people who come will want that later. Most will not, and that is fine. You keep everything you build either way.

I am a complete beginner. Will I keep up?

This is built for beginners. There is no code and no technical setup. If you can use Facebook and type a sentence, you can do every part of it. Join at 12:45 and we will get you set up before we start.

Do I need to pay for Claude?

No. The free account covers everything we do that afternoon. If the paid one is ever worth it for your kind of business, we will tell you honestly, and we will also tell you when it is not.

Can I join from my phone?

You can watch from a phone, but you cannot build from one. The whole point is that you finish the afternoon with three working files, and that needs a real keyboard and a browser with tabs. Borrow a laptop for ninety minutes if you have to.

Will it be recorded?

No. This one is live only. Watching me build somebody else's system does not give you yours, and people show real numbers in the open questions at the end. Block the ninety minutes properly or come to the next run instead.

What if my internet drops in the middle?

Rejoin with the same link, it works all afternoon. Everything you built up to that point is already saved in your own account, so you do not start over. Tell me in the chat where you dropped and I will back up and cover it again.

Why is there a break at 2:00?

Honest answer: we are running this on a free Google Meet, and a free call ends at the sixty minute mark. So we build for an hour, take five minutes, and everyone clicks the same link again for the second half. It costs you five minutes and it keeps the session free.

Is there a face to face version?

Yes, the day before. Session 01 runs in person on Saturday, August 15 at Alt Ave. Workspace in Koronadal City. Come to that one instead if you are in South Cotabato, because looking over your shoulder beats looking at a shared screen.

Will you try to sell me something?

There is no pitch inside the ninety minutes. At the end we say what we do and hand you a number. Then you log off with your three systems.
